Document Signatures customized for each individual

Hello! My compliance manager is concerned about having more generic sign offs for patients as opposed to them signing a form with written information on it. Have you had an issues with this or anyone else ask for solutions? She is wondering if a form can be created that is then just tailored to each individual.

 The best way to create more customized signable documents is to use Signable Document. Let me show you how:

1. Go to your My Documents page and click on Create Sign Document.
2. Now, you can upload your own document, or you can use the Demo Document to test it out.
3. Then, you can add more documents, or you can just continue by clicking on the Create Signable Document button.
4. That will redirect you to the Sign Builder page.

After creating your document, you can let the system detect fields automatically by clicking on the Detect Fields button, or you can manually match your fields with elements by dismissing the pop-up message:
