Form submissions stuck on Please wait in Preview Sign Document page

My form is stuck on the "Preview Sign Document" step. I am unable to submit the page and it's stuck on the "Please wait..." text. Further, this submission does not make it to the Jotform submission spreadsheet. Please see screenshot below. Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened, so I created a ticket about it and escalated this to our Developers. As soon as we have an update, we’ll let you know.
