Adobe Muse: Form disappearing in mobile version of the website.

    Hi 

    Thank you for your great support.

    I am using jotForm in an Adobe Muse website http://courthousetest.businesscatalyst.com/sign-up.html looking nice and interactive.

    Only problem I am facing is the form is disappearing in the mobile version and sometimes in the desktop version as well. I have added a screenshot of the problem.

    Can you suggest any possible solution?
