I just paid to upgrade to remove branding however it is still showing up on the document, and also after submitting the form.

I reviewed your account settings and I found that the JotForm branding option was already removed for the forms.
I previewed your forms and JotForm branding no longer shows on them.
Please let us know if issue still persist.
