Voice recored widget returns an error

Hi, 

I have created this mini-form with the recorder widget in it for testing purposes, when pressing the record button, it returns with the error message: Could not access microphone: NotAllowedError: Permission denied

Although, the mic is allowed in all browsers that I have tested it with, on mobile or desktop. Is this a fixable error? 

I have tested your form,allow the recorder widget to  use your microphone, was there a prompt when you clicked Record? What browser are you using?

If not, you can find the widgets trying to access your computer at the right side if you're using google chrome.

in Firefox is in your left with the i icon.

This is the screenshot when I open your form in Firefox, a prompt appears asking to allow my mice to be shared.

No there wasn't. That was on Google Chrome. 

The mic is already allowed

On the other hand, it used to work just fine on Opera until yesterday, but today, it's no longer working. 

It doesn't show the error, rather, no reaction, just some added white space under the buttons. 

I have tested the form and I was able to record and submit my recording as shown below.

Would you kindly try and clear your browser cache also if using different browser check if it opened another browser window to request for access to use your Microphone.

Well, it works on some devices and some browsers but not all.

On most desktop Browsers it will work (except Safari). Regarding mobile devices, it depends if the Browser supports recording of audio files through such field.
