    Hello,

My question is with regard to thsi form:

    https://form.jotform.com/240216891715255

I have two prodcuts here that will have higher than 1000 pcs in quantity. Jotform tells me the limit is 1000 pcs. Is there a workaround or another widget that I can use?

    Thanks!

    Hi Canon,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can use Text box instead of a dropdown for the Quantity Selector. A dropdown with 1000 quantity takes time to scroll and limits it to 1000 quantity, a text box, on the other hand, can be used for more.

That is what I ended up testing, but how do I set the minimum order to 50 pcs? Is there a way to control that?

    Thanks!

    Hi Canon,

Thanks for reaching us back. Unfortunately, it is not possible to set a minimum amount if you're going to use the Text Box quantity selector. This can only be achieved using the Dropdown menu. The good thing is that you have already established that the minimum order quantity should be 50. If you set it in your product list, then form users will start choosing from the menu from 50 and up.
