Suspended Account: Collecting credit card information

    Hello,


    All my forms are showing disabled and I cannot login even after a password reset.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account was suspended because your form collects credit card information. Please note that it violates our Terms of Use. If you would like to reactivate your account, please grant us permission to remove those fields that violate our Terms of Use. We'll only proceed after getting your approval. In the future, you can integrate the form with third-party Payment Processors. You can visit here to view more information.

    Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.
