Cannot upload a video file in the form

When submitting the forms, the attendances can not upload the videos. What can I do ?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Based on your screenshot, it seems you haven't added the mp4 file extension yet to the accepted file types of the File Upload field. Here's how you can do this:

1. In Form Builder, click the Properties button (gear icon) of the File Upload field.

2. In the File Upload Properties panel, go to the Options tab.

3. Add mp4 in the File Types section

And that's it. The File Upload field in the form should now be able to accept .mp4 file types. Here's a sample screenshot from my demo form where I uploaded an .mp4 file to the field.
