Why is my account suspended?

    I just logged into my account after not using it for quite some time and found that my account has been suspended but I am not sure what went wrong. Is it because I have not been using the account?

    Hi Zac,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I checked your account and found that it's been suspended because this form 220263202976149 is collecting sensitive information. Collecting sensitive information, like SSN, and driver's license numbers is against Jotform's Terms of Use. For us to activate your account, you'll need to give us permission to delete the offending fields from your form. Would you like us to move forward with deleting the offending fields?

    After we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.

    Yes you can delete as needed. Are you able to tell/show me what
    forms/fields were at fault so that I will know what not to do again. Thanks

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You account ha been activated now. In your case, the form is asking for SSN/Driver's license. And this violates our terms of use.
