Not receiving Notification Emails.

    Hello,

    Ive just created my first form and the receiver gets the form ok and when they complete it they get a summary of their answers but I did not recieve an email with their answers. How do I enable that?

    Hi Katie,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. When I checked our system, I saw that the Notification Email is not set up correctly, which is why you are not getting the Notification Email. Let me show you how to fix it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings from the top bar menu, and click on Emails from the left panel menu.
    2. Then, hover your mouse over the Notification Emails, and click on the Pencil icon.
    3. Next, go to the Recipients tab, and enter your email address under the Recipient Email's field.
    4. Finally, click on Save.
