Image in autoresponder email does not show up

autoresponder email shows an image on jotform when building

but does not appear in the email user receives

please advise

I was able to replicate the issue in the cloned form. The autoresponder email content does not show the image. Here's a screenshot:

It is possible that the issue lies on the file name of the image. I suggest you rename the image first and remove the spaces. Here's an example: cevl-mobile-phone.png

After renaming the file, you need to use the upload image function in the email editor to re-upload the image.
