Why is the Configurable List Widget not shown on my form

Hello,

On my form , the field with ID number #multiSelect-checkbox-24, #input_24 does not appear when I publish the form.

The name of the widget I use is: "Configurable List"

Thanks for your help.

That field isn't showing up because of this condition:

It will only show up if you answer "Ja" on the "Heb je al gewerkt?" question.
