My condition to show table doesn't work

Hello, i am doing a form whenre is has a filed with minimum number of children 

if the filed value greater than 1 than show the table.

when i am trying to do this show/hide i am getting the hidden table even if the value is 0

which is wrong cas the minimum children have to be at least 1.

can you help me with this issue??
