How can I avail a non-profit discount?

I hope this inquiry finds you well. I have come to realize that we have been charged the regular price of our subscription package for quite a bit of time. We are a non-profit organization and noticed in your pricing that you offer a 50% monthly discount. We were charged the non-profit rate once upon a time but for some reason, the regular rate was then charged. Is there any way that you could back date the monthly charges and could our pricing we changed to accommodate the 50% discount now?

or you can upgrade your plan to avail the 50% annual discount.

Please do note that the 50% annual discount only applies to yearly and 2-year payment schedule.
