    how can I get a thank you page being displayed on "parent form"

    Asked by manolina on September 26, 2012 at 12:01 AM

    I have a form (with no submit button) containing just a radio button (i.e Category list)  and based on the selected option (i.e product cat A, or product cat B) another form (this one containing a submit button) is displayed within same page containing a certain list of products and shipping details. When I submit the form the confirmation page is  displayed as part of initial form so I have both "category list radio button" and "thank you message" displayed. Is there a way to "override" initial form and get only the "thank you" message displayed?

    here is a link to the example http://form.jotformz.com/form/22688944843671

    I'm implementing this solution in order to be able to handle different paying tools based on customer selection

    Hi,

    We're sorry but it is not possible, creating a thank you page will make your user to redirect to another page, you can choose;

    1. Default Thank You page

    2. Custom URL

    3. Thank You message

    Please check this guide http://www.jotform.com/answers/103572-Thank-you-pages

    Hope this helps and please let us know for your concerns.

    Thanks
