Using multiple computers

    I got an email warning about signing on another device. I understand that the software operates on a per-user basis. At this business there are two computers that are both operated by myself. I need to jump back and forth between these two devices throughout the day. Would I not be able to do so?

    Hi Garland_Sean, 

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. All paid plans, as well as the Starter/Free account, can only have one user per account. That also means, only one login session, per device on an account, is allowed. I understand what you're trying to do, but there's no way to by-pass this, I'm afraid. Does your account in device A gets logged out when you try to log in to your account on device B?
