How to download submissions with Text fields included?

    Im trying to download a submission from my photography contract. Its only downloading the signature page, but I'm wanting to download the entire thing. how do i do this.

    I checked your submissions, I saw that you enabled headers and texts:

    So Text fields are showing, I checked by downloading PDF and it worked fine.
