autoreply format issue

I am having problems with the formatting of the email auto response which looks odd in the mobile format. The test version on the lelft from your site is fine but when I get a life reply from my website (shown on the right the formatting goes astray

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m really sorry that this is happening. Most of the underlying issue can be resolved by removing that field/element and then adding it back, which should solve the issue. Let me help you do that:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Click on Emails.
3. Then click on the delete icon.
4. Select Delete.
5. Click on Add Email.
6. Select Autoresponder Email.
7. Fill out the information and hit Save.

I also cloned and tested the form, but I was not able to replicate the issue. I used an (iPhone 11)
