Password reset does not work

    HI, I was not able to log into my account. I thought the password was wrong, so I did a password reset, and it still does not work. I have forms I need to edit and use, please allow me to access my account. Thank you so much

    Your account is suspended. That is the reason why you cannot access your account. The form ( is asking for credit card information using Basic fields. 


    As per our terms of use, collecting credit card information is not allowed here in JotForm. We need to delete the guilty fields so we can re-activate your account. 

    If that is okay with you, please let us know so we can proceed on re-activating your account.

    I have deleted the guilty fields on your form and your account has been activated. If you need to have payments on your form please read articles on the link below how to integrate payments on your form.
