Missing Form Submissions

I have applications missing and I have reached out. I need a phone number to contact support

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We don’t currently offer live phone support. If you have any questions, just reply to this thread, or you can create a forum thread on the Contact Us page.

For your missing forms, you can check on the left panel of the MyForms page. Try checking in the Shared With Me, My Drafts, Archive, and Trash if you can find the forms you're looking for.

If you still can't find it, do you have a copy of the form URLs so we can help you check?

No she completed an application and now I don’t see it

Thanks for getting back to us. For missing submissions, you can check the Submissions Table and Incomplete Submissions if there are any. Let me show you how:

1. On the MyForms page, click on the form.

2. On the right side, click on More and a dropdown menu will show.

3. Click on Submissions and that will redirect you to the Tables page.

4. If you don't see the submission on the Tables page, click on the 3 dots beside the tab name.

5. Try checking Incomplete submissions, Archived entries, and Trashed entries if the submissions you're looking for are there.
