Hello. I wanted to send a signature request for a separate document once someone fills out my form. How can I automate it? Can I use Zapier?

Hi Star_PropMgmt,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you specify what document are you referring to so that we can provide you with a solution?
Additionally, you might also be interested in prefilling your form using another form. Let me show you how:
- Open your form in Form Builder, then click on Publish in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen.
- Now, click on Prefill in the menu on the left side of the screen, and then select Form Prefill.
- Select the form that you want to prefill from, then choose the fields you want to take data from.
- Click on Save Settings, and that’s it.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

I have a form that collect's data for application. Once they submitted the form, we wanted to send them a document to sign for them to ask their consent.
Technically, we want to have the consent separately on another document.

Hi Star_PropMgmt,
Will you be sending a Sign Document? Is the Sign Document a single signer? If yes, you can redirect the user to the sign document upon submission of the form. You can copy the Sign Document link:
Then on the Thank You Page, you can redirect the user to the Sign Document URL:
Let us know if this works for you.
