What are the upgrade costs involved?

I want to upgrade but I am seeking the offer that came with Weebly at $4.95 per month.  Can you tell me if you still have that offer and what would be included?

I am not sure which upgrade offer with Weebly that you are referring to. At the moment, we have a 50% discount offer on upgrades which is billed annually and one-time offer which you may consider upgrading your JotForm account. You may login to your JotForm account and then checking the Pricing page to see the offer details or the recent promotional email received.
