How to enlarge the embedded form?

Hello, please view my form on the site. I have tried updated the width of the form but it is still very narrow. I would like the form to appear across the entire page, instead of very small.

Any assistance with this would be very helpful.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your webpage and I can confirm that the form was shrunk. Can you please try embedding the form using its iframe code to see if that would resolve the issue? Let me show you how to get it:

• In Form Builder, click Publish on the orange bar located at the top.
• Click the Embed tab on the left panel.
• Next, select the IFRAME option.

• On the next page, click on the Copy Code button.

That's it. Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
