New form embedded on website, submitter didn't receive email receipt with note.

Hi Earl,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. When I checked your form, I saw that there was an error in the Autoresponder Email, which is why the users are not receiving the confirmation emails. Check out this screenshot below:
To fix this, please select Email from the Autoresponder's Recipient Email. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings from the top bar menu, and select Emails from the left panel menu.
- Then, hover your mouse over the Autoresponder Email, and click on the Pencil icon.
- Next, go to the Recipient's tab, and select Email from the Recipient Email section.
- Finally, click on Save.
