Users are not able to receive Autoresponder Emails.

    New form embedded on website, submitter didn't receive email receipt with note.

    Could you look and see what is not setup right.

    Hi Earl,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. When I checked your form, I saw that there was an error in the Autoresponder Email, which is why the users are not receiving the confirmation emails. Check out this screenshot below:

    To fix this, please select Email from the Autoresponder's Recipient Email. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings from the top bar menu, and select Emails from the left panel menu.
    2. Then, hover your mouse over the Autoresponder Email, and click on the Pencil icon.
    3. Next, go to the Recipient's tab, and select Email from the Recipient Email section.
    4. Finally, click on Save.
