Jotform Enterprise: account locked out

    Hi! I'm getting a similar issue. Looks like my account got suspended. The email associated to it is eliteinternship@steerstudios.com. Please advise. Thanks

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Upon checking, your Gold subscription single-user account named Steer_Studios (eliteinternship@steerstudios.com) is active and in good standing.

    Additionally, there's no enterprise server slug named 'steerstudios'. If you have an enterprise account that's locked out, please share with us the login URL and a full screenshot of the issue.

    Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with assistance.
