Hi, we are testing a registration form for a launch we're doing in 2 days. The Jotform is integrated with the list in Aweber we want these people added to. However, when we tested it this afternoon, the test person received the Jotform email after registering, but the person was not added to the Aweber list and sent the automated email from there.
Can you please help us figure out the integration issue? Thank you!

Have you checked our complete guide on how to integrate Aweber to your form? If not, please try to remove the integration and re-integrate it again by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/387-How-to-Integrate-JotForm-with-Aweber

I'm having the same issue. I disconnected my aweber intergration and reconnected. Still not receiving Aweber leads in aweber. it was working, but then abruptly stopped. I noticed the Aweber integration form slightly changed over past couple days too. For instance, we never used to be able to add more custom fields other than name and email, and there was never a check mark box to re-add subscribers. Maybe it is currently being worked on?
If so heads up would love a heads up. I have tons of Jotform applications that I have to reconnect the integration. every day it is not connected, I lose the ability to send out email broadcasts

Sorry for the inconvenience, kindly try clearing your form caches. Go to your myaccount/settings scroll down until you find Form Caches and click it.

Thank you Richie_P. still having the same issue. though. I disconnected the aweber integration. I cleared the cache on all the forms as stated above. Then tried reconnecting them on all the forms that I have. I was able to get "new leads" to import to the aweber list once it connected. but new form submissions don't automatically get added anymore. is there anything else I can do on my side to make sure it's working? it's pretty important to me.

I cloned your form and did a test submission. The form is integrated with aweber correctly.
However, the submission does not get added to aweber
I will have to escalate this issue to Level 2 support. They will investigate and post a response on this thread.

Thank you aubreybourke. Correct, that is my EXACT issue. Thank you for confirming that it wasn't just me. wanting to ramp up submissions and have the gold account. just wanted to make sure everything is working 100% so it's not spinning wheels lol
