Wanna send appointment form to guests, with unique password to them for them to login and save their form. Any similar function?

    Hi adfortunec,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Sure, you can restrict who can fill out your form. But this is a one unique password only. Once you set it, you can just provide it to your form fillers. We’ll just need to enable Password Protection for that. This means that people you send the form link to can only access your form after they enter the password that you share with them. Setting it up is easy. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page and click on Show More Options.
    2. Next, scroll down to Password Protection, and put a check in the box next to it.
    3. Now, enter the password that you want to use and that’s it. You’re done.

Now, anyone who wants to access your form will have to enter the password you gave them:

Reach out again if there is anything else we can help you with.

I want to avoid duplicated submission from several people in the same group, with the use of password, any other way to do it?

    Hello adfortunec,

Thank you for getting back to us. Unfortunately, you can only set one password for each form and is not possible to create multiple passwords depends on users. If you'd like to avoid multiple or duplicate submission, you can use the Unique Submission Feature. This feature can restrict the same person to fill out your form multiple times. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your form and click on Edit Form on the right side of the screen.
    2. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings and then click on Show More Options.
    3. In the Form Settings menu, scroll down and select Check Cookies and IP (users will not be able to submit on the same device or IP) or Check Cookies (users will not be able to submit on the same device browser) in the Unique Submission dropdown menu.

Or you may use the Unique Question Feature, this will not allow user to submit the form if same data has already been used by a different person.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
