Jotform App: I'm unable to receive emails

    I used to Receive emails from the requestor, once a request was submitted. Now I have to actually login to the app in order to see any requests. Is there a way to start receiving emails again?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    Can you try checking the notification settings of the app or email app on your device and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
