Our customers can not submit our form. Please help.

we received some complains from our wholesalers customers- that they are submitting the form on our site but it doesn't get through. the page is stuck with the please wait note.

Can you pls check why.

I have checked and submit a test submission through your form and I was not able to reproduce the issue.

Can you please check back? Also, if the issue still exists, let us know the browser name where the issue is occurring(desktop or mobile).
