I am prompted to upgrade to Gold from Silver when trying to create a new form

i received a message while creating form that i'have to upgrade to silver and when i did you told me that i have to upgrade to gold?

You have 376 forms. The Silver Plan only allows you to have 100 forms. That is the reason why you are prompted anew to upgrade to the Gold Plan. 

If upgrading to Gold is not an option for you, I'd suggest re-using your old forms. Download the submissions from the old form. This way, you have a backup. Edit the form fields if you want, rename the form title, etc. We are keeping your current number of forms. We will not delete them nor make them inactive unless you do it. Please keep in mind that once you delete or archive forms, there's no way you can restore them until you upgrade to Gold which allows you to have an unlimited number of forms. 

Also, note that you have two active subscriptions now. The Bronze plan and the Silver Plan. This is because Paypal subscription needs to be manually canceled. Let us know which one would you like to keep so we can cancel the other.
