I just got a declined charge for jotform annual renewal. I do not want this to renew, so please cancel. I do not know my username or password and it is not sending me a reset email so that I can do it myself.

Can you please provide the email you have used to create your account or any form id you have created,so we can follow up on your request?

There seems to be no account associated with the email you provided. Do you remember the username you were using or also if possible do you have access to any forms associated with the account?
This will help us in getting the correct account details.
