The "Please run the wizard" error is usually shown when a widget in the form has not yet been configured. I checked your most recent form and was unable to see the error. Make sure all widget in the form are configured, some just need to be updated. That can be done while editing the form by clicking on the widget, opening the options for that widget, then clicking on update widget.
