Hi there! It looks like a form I just created has stopped reflecting changes in the live form. I'm not certain why this is the case- it happened quite suddenly. The form is called "Communication Form" and can be found here: https://form.jotform.com/80014949954161

I am not sure what changes you have made to the form. However, as I check, I see that it is displaying correctly.
I have also cleared the form caches of your account. Please check if the form is displaying correctly at your end. Also, you may check using a private/incognito window or a different browser. If the issue still persists, please let us know the changes made to the form that are not being displayed in the preview so that we can take a look and assist you further.
