Submission PDF attachment naming issue.

Hello! I am having an issue with how Jotform names files from our submissions as PDFs. I am trying to set it to have {Customer Name}_{Street Address}_{Date} but it comes out looking something like this.

Example: Neven-Sloan-Street-Address-19982-E-Purdue-Pl-br-City-Aurora-br-03-28-2024.pdf

What I want: Neven-Sloan_19982-E-Purdue-Pl_03-28-2024.pdf

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it. Unfortunately, it seems like this is the normal behavior of naming the PDF file on the PDF editor. But, we can achieve your requirement with a workaround. Here's my result using a workaround:

It's easy to do. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, add a Short Text Field by clicking on Add Element + and drag and drop it to your form.
2. Now, make this Short Text Field hidden by clicking on it, then click the Gear Icon and in the right panel, go to Advanced Tab and toggle on Hide Field switch.
3. Then, we will need to set up conditions to pass the Customer Name field and Address values to the Hidden Short Text Field. Click on Settings in the Orange Navigation Bar, and on the left panel, click on Conditions.
4. Now, click on + Add Condition button and select Update Calculate Field and setup the following condition and click on Save button:
5. This time, we will need to update the PDF File Name on the PDF editor. In PDF Editor, click on the Gear Icon.
6. Finally, in the right panel, under PDF File Name click on the Pencil Icon and select the Short Text field we added + the Measure Date. All changes should automatically be saved.

That's it. Here's a demo form that you can check.
