What happens if a form is deleted?

Thank you for this information. I do have a couple more questions:

What happens if a form gets deleted by a user, but then we need it back? Does it always sit in the deleted folder? If not, can jotform go in to their depths and retrieve it?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When a form is deleted, it will be stored in your Trash folder. Take a look at the screenshot below:

They will then be purged from your account, as well as from our system, after 30 days. Once purged, it's no longer possible for us to restore them.
