I have a PayPal form that will not perform a "clear form" (i.e. reset) properly.

After entering in some drop-down selections, a "Clear form", when  pressed, will appropriately clear the form.  After that, entering new drop-down selections on the form does not properly update the form.   A "clear form" should also perform a "reload page" on the form -- then it will operate correctly.

Sequence to recreate:   scroll down on the online store page (URL supplied) and press any of the "Order" buttons.   The form should pop up.   Select any of the drop-down quantities for a product or two.  Then CLEAR the form using the orange "Clear form" button at the top.  The form should clear/reset just fine.  Then try to select some drop-down quantities again and notice that the form does not update the totals properly.  You must close the form and relaunch it OR right-click on the form and reload the page to have the form update totals properly.

I have been checking your form and it seems like it's getting freeze a bit, although the prices are updating on my end. We recently experienced an issue with our payment integrations and they were not editable, this was already fixed, but it might be required to clear your browser's cache, I already cleared your forms cache  from our end as well.

Now, once you have done the above mentioned, please try editing the payment integration, just open the payment wizard and click on the continue button.

If the problem persists, please let us know.

Thanks for quick response. The clear form seems to have gone away. How does it happen to begin with and would happen to my users? I have seen this behavior before.
As far as being able to edit the PayPal payment integration, that is still failing despite clearing my browser cache, quitting the browser and relaunching, and re-logging in to Jotform.

I checked your website and the "Clear Form" is now working properly.

Please try using the Incognito Mode when editing the PayPal payment integration. If that works, please clear your internet browser cache by following this guide: http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/chrome-27/

If the issue still persists, please let us know and provide the form link that is not working so we can investigate it further.
