    Hi,

We have a form that we're embedding onto a Wordpress website that has a subform embedded within it. The form is showing up on the website (see link below, though the sizing is off, does that need to be adjusted in Wordpress or on the Jotform?), but when you click Individual > Recurring, it should display a subform and it is not doing that - is there a modification we need to make to the website embed code to do that?

    Form: https://form.jotform.com/240853776757169

    Subform: https://form.jotform.com/240854377807163

Thanks, let me know if you need any additional informaiton.

    Hi Maryanne,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. I've checked out the website you have mentioned. It seems like the iFrame Widget is not triggering on the form that shows the sub-form. Can you please try to embed the form using the iFrame Code and see how it goes? Let me show you where to find the iFrame Embed code:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Publish in the orange bar at the top of the screen.
    2. Select Embed on the left panel.
    3. Click on the iFrame Option and then click on Copy Code:

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
