Billing: new limits for forms

    I've been a paying JotForm user for years on the Silver Plan. Suddenly today I go to create a form and I'm told I've reached my form limit and cannot create a new one unless I delete forms or upgrade to an unlimited plan. I've had unlimited forms for years...I was up to 193 forms. I was not advised of any change in forms limit. What is going on?

    Admittedly, there were many I didn't need any more so I deleted them. I'm down to 123, but I'm still unable to create a new form. I don't appreciate a change being made to my account without warning. This is substantive as I cannot create a new form. You are essentially forcing me to upgrade without notice, which is not a cool business practice. It's also not a good way to keep a loyal, paying customer.

    Yes as of November 2017 we introduced new plans.
