    The Notification and AutoResponder mails did not work

    Hi, we created a test form to send Notification to 2 different emails (filled separated by comma), and the Auto-responder to the user filling the form. But after pasting the form, and filling up the field - we did not receive any notification or auto-responder mails.

    a. How can we get the emails to work?

    b. I saw on some forum queries that you have asked to leave noreply@jotform as sender email - we tried this but still it failed.

    c. Is there some way to show user's email and name in the sender field. This would have made it so much easier.

    I cloned your form and added 2 different emails in the Notification and it works well,

    Please erase your actual notification and create it again.

    If this doesn’t work it is possible that your email provider blocked JotMail’s IP Addresses,  you will need to contact with your email provider and request them to add JotMail’s IP to their whitelist.
