I'm concerned about our Upload Space as it's not decreasing, even after deleting and purging our submissions. I also Cleared Cache and received success message there.

Lastly, I logged out, and back in, cleared my browser cache, and had another user also log on a different computer to check.

I'm afraid that if we hit our limit, our form will stop functioning. Please let me know what we need to do to get our Upload Space to decrease back down.

    Thank you.

After 2 hours, it appears as though it has cleared out. If it normally takes that long, I can handle that. But if your team had to intervene, is there a way to prevent this in the future?

    Hello CrossPoint Finance,

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m really sorry that this is happening. We have just recalculated the space, that was the reason why it took so long. I found out that the submission was already removed, but you haven't completely purged it, so you need to go to settings and clear cache. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Go to your account's Settings.
    2. Click on Clear Cache.Issue with Upload Space limit after deleting and purging submissions Image 1 Screenshot 20

After finishing it, please log out and then log back in to refresh the account. Afterwards, please check your account's usage to make sure it's updated.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

As written in my original post, I had already purged it, and cleared cache, and did a log out and back in. All steps were taken appropriately.

Thank you for your help, if it happens again, I'll reach back out.
