I'm trying to uppgrade to professional account, have done it 3 times (and probably paid 3 times). But nothing is happening.
I did uppgrade a couple of weeks ago also and it worked fine for a while but now it has gone back to premium, which means all our site forms are disabled because we exceeded the quota.

First of thank you for using JotForm. Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused, can you please provide us with the Order Reference number so we can match the records?

The first time i uppgraded was the 20th of september, order reference number: 66880330. I see now in my order confirmation that I got the premium acocunt instead of the professional (the receipt I got was for professional)
Anyway, we need professional so please let me know what I have to do to get it.
This time I did not receive any order confirmation, tried to upgrade twice.

Sorry about that. Your account is now upgraded to Professional. Also, the refund for your premium subscription is all set. It may take some time before it will reached back to your bank account.
