Create Presentation Schedule based on Availability of Presenters

I am attempting to create a presentation schedule throughout the workday for my students by building available timeslots without them physically signing up for times themselves. Instead, I'd like them to make a 1st-3rd choice and select times they are not available, then generate a schedule based on those responses. Is that possible?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can consider using our Appointment Element. This allows you to set appointment availability, durations, intervals, start and end times. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
• Under Basic tab, find an add Appointment element by dragging and dropping it on the form.
• Click on the Gear icon located on the right side of the element.
• In the menu that appears on the right side of the screen, set desired time schedules under Availability tab.
