We charged 50 USD a year last week, but it does not work again.
What is going on now?
Did I pay incorrectly should I post the payment back?

Your payment is fine, and you are on Storage plan that you purchased. But your account is over limit with allowed uploads:
And that's why your account is over limit now.

The storage plan you bought is good for storing all submissions, but it doesn't cover the upload space.
