How to move field to its own line in multi-line field?

How can i put "Street Address" on a line by itself?

I do not see "Add new element" at the bottom of the form.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. It's really easy to fix. Let me show you how:

1. Open your form in Form Builder, scroll down, and click on the element to select it.
2. Click on Trash icon on the right side of the Website text box, and it will automatically expand the Street field.
3. Click on the Gear icon, in the menu that appears on the right side of the screen, click on Field tab.
4. Click on Add Form Element to add new content.
