    Hello,

My name is MarKus McClellan, today I started working on composing an online jotform will through Providence Wills and Trusts.

There was not a username or password, and after a couple hours, I decided to take a break, so I submitted the will, intending to reopen it later to complete it with my wife present.

The attorney received my partially submitted document, but now I am not able to open it back up to continue working on it. I am hoping you can help

    Hi Markus,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you’re having trouble with this. May I ask if there is an error when you are trying to open the draft link? You can also check your My Drafts located on the My Forms page. Here's how to do it:

    1. Open My Forms.
    2. Scroll down until you reach the My Drafts on the left of the My Forms window and click it.
    3. You can now check if you can see the draft in the form you filled out earlier. Online Jotform will submitted through attorney by accident, would like to reactivate to continue Image 1 Screenshot 20

Reach out again if you need any more help.

Thank You for replying, this did not solve the problem.  When I open it up it is a new, blank form. My attorney was able to email me a pdf copy of the will, but we cannot get into the online version to complete it. It appears that I will have to start over, and I put two hours into it. Very frustrating, if you come up with any solutions, please let me know. Kind Regards,MarKusOn Mar 28, 2024, at 3:32 PM, Jotform <noreply_at_jotform_com_t5bwd2rg6b_b402e046@privaterelay.appleid.com> wrote:

    Hi Markus,

Thanks for getting back to us. Try editing your submission using the edit link. If you don't have the edit link, you can ask the form owner for the submission ID. Here's an example of an edit submission link:

    https://www.jotform.com/edit/<submission ID>

You just need the URL (https://www.jotform.com/edit/) and the (<submission ID> will be specific for each user).

Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
