    Form submissions not being forwarded to emails

    Hi,

    Can anyone help? I've created three different forms for my archery club's website, which appear on different pages. Two are straight forward enough - the submissions go to only one address. However, the contact form is multi option and I have set up conditional alerts so that if they choose general information it will go to one address and to a different address if they choose a another option.

    The forms work, as new emails are listed in the submissions box on Jotform, but they are not being forwarded to any address. They have all been embedded as iframes to avoid clashes with the jquery plugins in the sidebar.

    Hi,

    I have sent a test submission. According to our mail logs the messages are being sent. You may contact your mail service provider and check with them following mail logs:

    info@castlemoatandfolkestonebowmen.co.uk

    You may also try to whitelist the following IPs, and noreply@jotform.com address:

    You can also try using a different email like gmail/yahoo etc and test if you can get the mail alerts.

    Hi,

    Haven't received anything. I don't know what's going on. Sometimes they do get through and then the rest of the time they don't. The email jotform sends to is forwarded onto another address. Would that make a difference? Would you be able to retest and try to a different option - preferably to the IT Support one please?

    I'm sure I've set the conditional alerts and form up correctly? I don't know what else to do. I'll try with the whitelisting for the IPS.

    I have sent another test email on: itcrowd@castlemoatandfolkestonebowmen.co.uk and according to our time log you it was successfully sent.

    Sorry for so long in replying. It's working fine now, and all the submissions are coming through. Although one of the recipients says he only gets submissions on his computer and not his iPad! I'm not too worried about that as he's still receiving them. I can only think that it was something to do with BT, who hosts our website. Looking on their forum pages, users have reported similar problems. Thank you for investigating.
