I set up some conditions to send emails based on user selection. But now it seems, the form is not sending the standard notification email it was before. We have a company email to receive all notifications along with 3 employee emails to receive specified notifications. When I set up the conditional logic for sending emails, I assumed that the standard notification email would be unaffected and these new perimeters would just be in addition. Is that correct? Or do the new conditions I set override the standard notification?
I also modified the URL with some pre-fill options. Would that have any affect on this issue?

Yes conditionally sending emails would override the default settings. To solve this problem add some new email notifications/autoresponders and conditionally send them. Then the default emails will also be sent on submission.
