Hi Bschacht,
Thanks for using Jotform. I checked the Braintree payment field on your form and it seems you are getting the error because it is on Sandbox Mode in the integration settings. Let me show you how to fix it:
1. Open your form in Form Builder, and select the Braintree payment field.
2. Click on the Wand icon to open the Braintree Payment Integration Settings.
3. On the right side panel of the page, expand the Additional Gateway Settings section and toggle the Sandbox Mode to the No position.
4. Click on Save at the bottom of the integration settings to save the changes.
And that's it. The Braintree authentication error will not show on your form again.

Hi Bschacht,
Thanks for getting back to us. Can you please ensure that the entered Braintree credentials are correct? Please check the following links below as guide:
Merchant ID - Your Braintree Merchant ID unique identifier.
Public Key - Your Braintree Public Key Identifier.
Private Key - Your Braintree Private Key Identifier.
I also suggest that you contact Braintree to confirm that the credentials are correct and that there's no issue with your Braintree account.
