We created a new form yesterday called "2024 CTC Community Council March 26 Dinner Feedback." It has a large blank white space at the top and people can not even see the top of our form it is so long. Therefore, they think it is blank and do try to submit any answers. Can you fix it or help me?

    Thanks,

    Hello carytennischamp,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form to test it, and I easily replicated the issue. There is an easy fix for this, we just need to add your logo on top instead of using the image option under the form elements. Let me show you how:

    1. In your
Form Builder, click on +Add Your Logo below the orange tape.
    2. In Logo Properties, click on Upload File.
    3. Then, you can choose the source for your logo. These are the options:

    • Upload — Select an image file from your device.
    • My Images — Choose one from your previously uploaded images.
    • Enter URL — Provide the link to your image.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

Thanks so much! I was stumped. Following your instructions, it now looks great

So does every doc have to have either a logo or blank space at the top?

    Thanks
