Quiz Form: How do I change the format of the results page?

Hi There

1. Is there a way to ADD another column and have the CORRECT answer and the SELECTED answer in different colmns to avoid confusion - requesting for detailed guidlines or a short video as i am not too tech savvy - Thank you

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To achieve the format as described, while configuring your Quiz form, simply check the boxes for "Show Results to User after Submission" and "Use Custom Results Page," as demonstrated in the screenshot below:

Next, you can enhance the Tables by incorporating a "Correct Answers" column. Assign the correct answer variable to each corresponding entry in this column, then interchange it with the "tick" variable. Additionally, utilize the formatting tools provided to adjust the content according to your requirements.

Is there a URL you can send me - cause i cant find it for the life of me !

Thanks for getting back to us. You can just go to https://quizform.jotform.io/ and modify your form's quiz settings there. If you are looking for another specific or direct URL that will immediately show the interface to edit your email body, unfortunately, there is no direct URL for this.

So i edited the page the way i wanted it and I changed a few settings - But i think i messed up ...

The ticks and the answers are all messed up - what happen ?

Thanks for getting back to us. If you want the results emailed with the new format, you can tick the options as shown in the screenshot below:

When you select the Use Custom Email Page, this email format will be sent out to the users after submitting the form.
